There are 141 Studio, one and two bedroom apartments available in Rise at Lock 17. However, all the studio designs have sold. Additionally, there are limited one and two bedroom options remaining for sale.
There are a number of one bed options within the development. They face in all directions, except for South. Sizes range from around 540 SQFT to 640 SQFT and all come with a balcony and functional internal design.
The two bedroom options are well designed with seperate bedrooms and defacto ensuites for most. Like the one bedrooms, the apartments all have a balcony.
