Most importantly, some of these internal facing units are equiped with a balcony.

Apartment Options at Timber Yard

Timber Yard features a range of healthily-proportioned apartments, ranging from studio to three bedroom options.

The limited number of studios within the project are actually quite large. They’re essentially a one-bedroom, being 480 sqft. They’re efficiently designed, with a spacious living / kitchen / dining area. However, the bedroom itself has no natural lighting. All are located in the West Block.

There are three X 1 bed apartment options in both the East & West blocks. However, only the East Block come with a balcony, if that’s your thing. All the designs are efficient, with only the E1102 type having any sort of hallway. In addition to the balconies, the apartments in the East Block are slightly larger than their West Block counterparts. If you’re looking for an inward facing apartment, the East Block is where you should be looking – all the one beds in West Block are outward facing.

Onto the two bedroom apartments. There are four options in the West Block and three in the East. However, the designs are quite similar, with most of the apartments above 750 SQFT, which is very generous. For renting, it is nice to see seperate bedrooms, though you won’t find that at Timber Yard. All of the two bedroom design feature side-by-side bedrooms. There are apartments with balconies in both buildings.

Exclusive to the East block are eight X 3 bedroom apartments. It’s not the largest at just under 1,000 SQFT internal, but also not the smallest.
