Location, Location, Location
It’s is hard to beat the location of Salboy’s Viadux tower. In addition to being above the Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop, there’s also an office building that forms part of the development. Having said that, so much of the city is within walking distance.

There are three different one bedroom unit types (unit designs 7, 8 & 9). They all face west towards Castlefields and are all essentially the same design. The type 8 design is the slightly larger design, coming in at 563 SQFT. The type 9 design is next to the lift core.
