Our History

Beech Holdings has gone from one property renovation in Rusholme to more than 850 apartments delivered across Manchester, and a further £300m worth of assets in the pipeline.

Lettings & Property Management

Manchester Apartments is an award winning arm of the Beech Group. Our experienced team match tenants with suitable accommodation in Manchester, vetting tenants during the application process and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Property Management team is instrumental in protecting you and improving the lives of our tenants. Our communications team is vital in assisting lettings and providing high quality leads through marketing activity.
